Perfect post workout snack or something light to start your day & keep you energised!
3 large handfuls of spinach
1 peeled green apple
5 or 6 chunks of mango
1 large cup of green tea of your choice either made the night before & leave in the fridge or make & leave to cool
(Optional ice and lemon!)
Blend everything together and that's it, you've got a delicious smoothie to keep you energised on the go!
