A Rustic Chic Retreat...

A week of Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Barre & meditation, and the last of the summer sun with our team.

A warm welcome, expert teachers and deliciousnutritious food, this retreat was an opportunity to relax and have fun while taking care of mind and body.

A typical day

8am Light healthy breakfast (nuts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee...)


8.30am Morning Pilates by the pool with Emma 

9.30 am Cardio Barre Workout 

11.00am Brunch 

Freetime, chill by the pool and massages !

5.00pm Beachfront Yoga with Nadine in Javea 

7.30pm Dinner
