Professeure de Hatha et Yin yoga passionnée par la beauté, Sylvie Lefranc s’est formée il y a dix ans aux massages ayurvédiques du visage, à la gymnastique faciale et à la cosmétique naturelle, pour proposer une approche unifiée de ces disciplines, le yoga du visage. Elle enseigne aujourd’hui avec passion des techniques douces et conscientes afin de permettre aux femmes de garder et de retrouver une peau rayonnante et un visage resplendissant.

More wonderful than I could have imagined!
This was my first ever retreat and it was more wonderful than I could have imagined! The team created a warm, friendly and inclusive atmosphere and made everyone feel so looked after. It didn't matter what your fitness levels were, Emma had a way of adapting the classes so that everyone felt challenged but not out of their depth. Thank you Kalon for being such a friendly and welcoming team and for providing the most delicious risotto (and other vegan treats) in the world! If you have the opportunity to try one, you must!

Just perfect!
Cornwall retreat was just perfect, the right balance between classes with intuitive expert teachers that push you just the right amount, time to yourself and amazing delicious food.
Great way to learn, relax and generally feel good about yourself. If you are thinking about booking my advice would be to go ahead!

Ce séjour était idéal, une vraie parenthèse avant de reprendre le rythme de l'année! Les cours de sport, les bons petits plats, l'équipe de professionnels, tout était réuni pour prendre soin de soi! Le groupe était très sympathique et le rythme des journées très agréable!

Life doesn't get much better than this!
I felt very welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in to the retreat. I loved every minute of this retreat. Professional classes and very tasty nutritional food. Kalon co-founder Emma is an ex-Royal Ballet School student, ex-professional ballerina at the Scottish Ballet & dancer at the Moulin Rouge.
Today, Emma is a qualified BASI Pilates and Barre instructor trained in Paris.
Whether you are advanced or beginner, she will take you through your paces to achieve your personal best.

Kalon co-founder Sophie is passionate about plant-based health and enjoys seeing others discover what it's all about!
An ex-professional dancer at the Lido de Paris, Sophie transitioned into corporate events management before creating Kalon, and today she travels with the business organising retreats and helping others achieve their goals in terms of health and wellness.

James
Ballet
& Body Conditioning
First soloist dancer at the English National Ballet, James will help you tone, strengthen and lengthen with his Ballet &
Body Conditioning classes.
Don't worry if you've never tried ballet before or you are not the flexible type; James will help you achieve your personal best in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Beth
Dietician & Nutritionist
As a Registered Dietitian, Beth has experience helping people with many medical conditions as well as behaviour change.
Beth has previously worked as a Nutritionist helping people with weight loss, improving energy levels and sports performance.
Beth is qualified in BSc Community Nutrition, PGDip Dietetics and is currently undertaking MSc Dietetics.
